Challenge Course Facilitator

We have several positions to fill for trainees and for experienced facilitators of Group Initiatives and Low and High Ropes Programs.  We are seeking employees for part-time, weekdays and weekends employment.

Most programs are held on site in northern Oakland County, Michigan.  Other programs are conducted on the grounds of nearby conference centers, schools, and parks.

The position offers the opportunity to work with experienced professionals in the field in a laid back environment.  Work with interesting people in the out-of-doors and gain valuable leadership and group processing skills.  Have the opportunity to work with school, community, and professional groups from in and around the Detroit Metropolitan area.  This experience will be especially valuable for prospective teachers and those who plan to work in the area of human services.

Pay averages between $10.00 and $15.00 an hour, depending upon skill and prior experience. For those who are new to adventure challenge programming, we will pay you to train.
